It's absolutely astonishing to me how technology makes possible for the biggest competition even between grocery stores in the age where a 6th grader has a smart phone. This has been done in Korea where there is no room to put any more stores so a chain grocery store has made digital life size shelves of a grocery store on a subway train. The customers can scan their purchases with their phone pay for them and have them delivered by the store by the time they get home. This beats everything from ease of food shopping to convenience.
