This doesn't directly relate to my 100 compositions or topic, however I still wanted to share it because I like the use of the colors and the blend of the colors. These colors are most basic but look vibrant and full of life when they are all together. I also like how they are contrasted by the color and texture of the background. I want a lot of my individual thumbnails to involve color and I think that this is successful in blending.
I chose this piece because I liked how it was simple yet detailed. The skull shape itself is simple, however it is made of many different pieces and has lines and patterns going throughout the shape makes it interesting. I like the use of the different shapes and symbols to draw the eye away from the center.
I chose this image because I liked the contrast and the use of the skull. I am normally drawn to art with color which might be too much for my composition as a whole, so using these toned down shades might be a good idea.
